Rey Aguilar - Slow & Sexy June Mix

Rey Aguilar - Slow & Sexy June Mix by reyaguilar

What up everyone.
Here's my latest mix. The title of the mix says it all. Here's a new style that is blowing up in certain cities like New York. This type is mainly for after hours or played during the day for your listening pleasure. The tempo is much slower than the usual house sets I do. I've been pushing this sound as of late. That's what I usually try to do for this area, bring new genres. Those of you all who are familiar with the Crosstown Rebels record label or the Wolf + Lamb crew from NY, they've been making this style global.
Tracklist will be up soon.
cheers!

Dj's got fashion too

Me and my friend were talking about how dj's have a big part in the fashion world. Even locally, doesn't have to be well known artists. I remember when I was younger my sister would always tell me to change my style up. I really wasn't into fashion at all. I always kept it simple...and still do! Dj's should always have there own thing going on...it's part of your image and whats gonna represent you and your music. I've noticed guys like Loco Dice wearing a plaid shirt and some spizike Jordan's. He's influenced from hip hop...so he has is own style going on. There's big minimal guys who just wear nothing but a v-neck shirt. I think it represents them and the music...just simple. I'm sure you can find that with any dj.
There's local guys h
ere that always talk about how
I dress. No idea why? Might be cause I'm different, or just keeping it fres
h....or...I should be dressing more like them? OR I sho
uld be going with trends like everyone else?
No idea. But here are some photos of some artists style that I've been infl
uenced by fashionly...also musically.
